St. Francis Track & Field defeats St. Joe’s 64-50 to improve to 5-0 in MMHSAA

The St. Francis Track & Field team defeated St. Joe’s 64-50 on May 1st
to improve to 5-0 in MMHSAA league action. The dual meet had two of
the best track teams in WNY and the outcome was not decided until the
2 nd last race of the day. Marcus Harrison (Discus), Dominic Davis
(400m) & Michael Stadler (800m) won individual events while all 3
relays won for St. Francis.

Meet Summary
 4 x 800 relay started the meet off with St. Francis Anchor Mike Stadler running a
split of 1:57 to overtake St. Joe’s and win the event in a season best time of
8:18. Brayden Mahoney, Aidan Wallace and Dominic Davis all ran great legs with
Stadler overtaking St. Joe’s with less than 200 meters left. St. Francis 5 St.

was 18’11.75. Damone Allen jumps 18’3.75 to place 3 rd in the Long Jump. St.

throws 112’10 to place 3 rd . Camden Marx Qualifies for the All Catholic throwing a

 Junior Dominic Davis jumps 39’7 in the triple jump after his big 2:03.5 split in

 Dalton Pelow runs 11.5 to place 2 nd in the 100m while Brendan Thompson finishes 3 rd

Frangou running a PR 11:07.1 to place 3 rd just edging teammate Patrick Roof. St.

 Junior Damone Allen clears 5’8 in the High Jump to place 2 nd in the High Jump. St.

win the event and clinch the meet with a winning time of 3:33.1. All 4 legs ran

 4 x 100 relay win the final event with a winning time of 46.6 after a DQ. David
Spadone, Dalton Pelow, Brendan Thompson and Kaiden Wright make up the 4 legs of the
