St. Francis is seeking a talented Theology teacher to join our team. Our ideal candidate would be someone passionate about their faith and ministry, committed to professional development and growth. Ideal candidates will also meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, education, or a closely related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• High school teaching experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Catholic theology, including church history, scripture, and morality.
• Committed to the teachings of St. Francis of Assisi, including fraternity, humility, and respect.
• Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
• Developed interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to support and grow extracurricular activities.
Candidates must be able start in August 2026 with a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a range of $40,000 to $60,000.
