Athlete of the Week for January 19-25: Andrew Lindstrom ‘26
Lindstrom helped propel the Red Raiders Varsity Basketball Team to a 69-53 victory over Middle Early College on Wednesday, January 21, pouring in 20 points. In addition, Lindstrom secured 7 rebounds, had 2 assists, and notched 1 steal in the win.
Lindstrom also led the Red Raiders in scoring in its loss to St. Mary’s earlier in the week, leading the team with 27 points and going 46% from the field.
This season, Lindstrom leads the Red Raiders, averaging 16.9 points per game, and serves as one of the captains of the team. The Red Raiders return to action against Canisius this Thursday, January 29, in a triple-header, with Varsity tipping at 7 pm.
