Resident students are getting into the spirit of Halloween. The annual "Jack-O-Lantern" Carving Contest was held in the Residence this weekend. The Residents had a great time picking out the perfect pumpkin, and creating their own original design. Everyone did a great job, and prizes were awarded to the top 3 most creative Jack-O-Lanterns! This year's winners were:1st Fucheng "William" Han,2nd Zhenghan "Eric" Yang and 3rd Jin "Bryan" Cheung

  • Mundi Eventus Club Travels to Canada!

    On Sunday, October 14, the St. Francis Mundi Eventus club traveled to Canada and visited Fort George and Niagara-on-the-Lake. One of the social studies teachers and Mundi Eventus Club Moderator Mr. Luczak provided some background historical information for the students which enabled them to appreciate the significance of the area.

  • SF Red Raider Soccer Honors Senior Players with big win over St. Mary’s

    On Wednesday, October 17, the Red Raiders hosted St. Mary’s of Lancaster for a crossover Monsignor Martin soccer matchup.   The large, partisan crowd, cheering for St. Francis was there to honor the senior players, and the team did not disappoint on the last eve of the regular season.

On Friday October 12th, the Red Raider Volleyball program celebrated the Senior Class of 2019 prior to the final home game of the season versus Cardinal O'Hara.  Seniors Lucas Unger, Dan Busha, Tom Moore, Carson Poczciwinski, Aidan Cirasunda, and Hayden Nowak ended their home volleyball careers with a 3-0 win over the visiting Hawks.  Aidan Cirasunda had 7 kills in the win.  Carson Poczciwinski had 4 kills.  Lucas Unger had 6 digs.  Dan Busha had 6 kills and 2 aces.  Tom Moore had 4 kills and 2 aces.  Hayden Nowak had 4 digs and 1 ace.  The Red Raiders are 13-4  overall and 5-2 in the MMAA.

According to Coach Craig Browning the players asked to wear the wristbands in support of a cure for breast cancer. The players wore the wristbands on Thursday, October 4th in their game against St. Joes, they won the game 28-6. Congrats and thanks guys! #SFHS #BCAM #SFFootball
