Indoor Track 12/08/18
Record Breaking: In the 600m, Joshua Jusiak(So) runs a quick 1:32.89FAT to break the SFHS Sophomore 600m record. His time allows him to finish top 10 in the meet. A smart, evenly ran race by Josh currently sees him ranked 2nd among Sophomores in the CHSAA.
Ben Pinkowski(Sr) opens his season with 2 PR's(personal records) in the 55m Hurdles and Long Jump (Indoor PR) where he placed 5th and 2nd respectively at the meet. He is currently ranked 2nd overall in the CHSAA in the Long Jump and 55m Hurdles.
Ben Sheehan(So) follows that up with over a 1 ft PR from last week to finish 3rd in the Long Jump. He currently ranks 2nd for Sophomores in the CHSAA in this event and 7th overall.
The SFHS runners in the 600m(Josh Jusiak and Dan Spencer), 1000m(Charles Rath and Zach Brydalski), and 1600m(Pat Connolly and Joe Pivarunas) had very solid races. This is a real promising start to the season from the distance guys.
