Freshman Basketball vs Aquinas
The Red Raiders traveled to Rochester on Saturday night to face the Lil' Irish of Aquinas and unfortunately for the red and white they came up 3 points short of victory falling 48-45. Anthony Giardina led the way with 16 points. John Mallory had 8 points, Brycen Pace had 6 points, Charlie Rooney had 6 points, Devon Shepherd had 4 points, Shane Colley, Ben Michalski, and Matt Stadler all had 2 points a piece. Aiden Thomas had 1 point in the defeat. One positive is that nine different Red Raiders scored in the game. No rest for the young Red Raiders as they travel to Lockport on Monday night, play Clarence at home on Wednesday night, and travel to Jamestown on Thursday night. The Red Raiders are currently 1-1 on the young season.
