JV Volleyball vs McQuaid
The St. Francis Red Raiders again had a full team effort in an exciting match against McQuaid.
The first game St. Francis scored the first 4 points and never looked back on the way to a 25-19 win.
The second game McQuaid took advantage of a few Red Raider mistakes and won 25-19.
The third game was action packed with both teams showing determination and grit in a McQuaid 27-25 win.
St. Francis players Tom Utter (Captain, Setter), Jacob Gearhart (Outside Hitter), Pat Roof (Back Row Specialist), Noah Cervoni (Rightside Hitter), and Nick Szpylman (Outside Hitter) as everyone else displayed hustle and a desire to win with a no-quit attitude.
Nick Capozzi and Zander Esford (both Middle Hitters) were HUGE on the net with his BIG blocks and hits. Brandon Blaszak (Back Row Specialist) had a lot of good hustle plays and digs to go along with his great passing in the back row.
