Pictured above is Marius Bizimungu, a junior at St. Francis High School, being congratulated by his Physics teacher, Mrs. Diane Beres, for winning two gold medals in the NAACP ACT-SO  Western New York regional competition. His project was on the production of biodiesel in which he made biodiesel and explored the technology of biodiesel. His project was in the engineering and physics category in which he won two gold medals which earns him a trip to the national competition in Orlando, FL. He worked on the project at Buffalo Prep with the assistance of Mr. Seymore of SUNY at Buffalo.
