St. Francis defeats Cardinal O’Hara 3-0

The Red Raiders kicked off Homecoming Weekend by celebrating the senior class of 2024 with a pregame ceremony.  The Red Raiders then defeated the Hawks from Cardinal O’Hara convincingly 25-12, 25-14, 25-20 to move to 4-5 on the season and 2-3 in the MMAA.  Senior Jacob Gearhart had 11 kills, 3 aces, and 10 digs, while senior Thomas Utter had 21 assists and 2 aces.  Senior Cole Smith had 3 kills and 2 aces, senior Nicholas Dzimian had 1 kill, senior Jonas Herdlein had 1 dig, senior Nicholas Szpylman had 6 digs, senior Noah Cervoni had 1 assist and 1 dig.  Junior Charlie Allesi had 9 kills and 6 aces and Junior Payton Mitchell had 4 kills.
