Volleyball Falls to Top-Ten Ranked East Aurora

The Red Raiders lost to East Aurora 27-29, 18-25, 21-25 in the Red Raiders third straight top ten road matchup.  Set one provided an exciting ending as the Red Raiders had multiple chances to secure the win but ultimately fell short 27-29. Junior Charlie Allesi had 13 kills, 1 assist, 1 ace, 20 digs and 1 block, while sophomore Aidan Wallace had 17 assists and 1 ace with Senior Thomas Utter adding 10 assists.  Junior Payton Mitchell was a blocking machine totaling 5 blocks on the night and adding 2 kills.  Freshman Tristan Kolek had 9 kills and sophomore Luke Lanning had 4 kills, 2 digs, and 1 block.  Senior Jacob Gearhart had 5 kills, 12 digs, 1 block, 1 assist, and 1 ace.  Senior Nicholas Szpylman had 1 assist, 1 ace, and 3 digs in the loss.
