St. Francis defeats St. Joe's to remain perfect in League Action

The Red Raiders defeated St. Joe's by a tight 5-point margin at The Gow School on Wednesday October 11th. The back and forth finishes in the top 4 positions showed that it would be a close meet. St. Joes had the first overall finisher followed by Michael Stadler in 17:23. Nate Phillips was next for the Raiders in 4th place overall in 18:02, barely getting held off by St. Joe's second man. Ryan Borrello and Pat Roof followed Nate in 5th and 6th place overall to all but seal the win for the team. Max Sturniolo finished strongly to fend off a challenge from Joe's 4th man to complete the victory against a talented and well coached St. Joe's team.
