St. Francis finishes 2-4 in pool play; Lose in Quarterfinals

The Red Raiders went 2-4 in pool play and lost to Grand Island in the quarter finals of the Orchard Park Tournament on Saturday October 14th.  The Red Raiders lost to Lockport 0-2, split with Grand Island 1-1, and split with Lake Shore 1-1.  Junior Charlie Allesi was named to the All-Tournament team for his outstanding play all day, and freshman Tristan Kolek and senior Jacob Gearhart continued their strong play as offensive weapons for the red and white.  Sophomores Luke Lanning and Aidan Wallace continue to gain valuable varsity experience since being called up from JV, while junior Payton Mitchell and senior Noah Cervoni had a good day blocking.
