St. Francis goes 1-5 in pool play at Grand Island Tournament

The Red Raiders went 1-5  in pool play at the Grand Island Tournament on Saturday October 21st.  The Red Raiders lost to Williamsville East 0-2, West Seneca West 0-2, and split with Niagara Wheatfield 1-1.  Junior Charlie Allesi, freshman Tristan Kolek and senior Jacob Gearhart continued their strong play as offensive weapons for the red and white.  Sophomores Luke Lanning and Aidan Wallace continue to gain valuable varsity experience since being called up from JV, while junior Payton Mitchell and senior Noah Cervoni had a good day blocking.  Junior Logan Burns had a solid day as the team’s defensive specialist.
